Local Brewery Releases 100 St Bridge Wheat Wrapped in Bubble Wrap
The 100 St bridge on US 131 has gotten quite famous lately, after being hit so many times (10 I believe at this point) in just over a year.
WZZM 13 reports that 5 Lakes Brewing in Dorr, Michigan just released a new brew giving homage to the 100 street bridge. The beer is called the 100 St Bridge Wheat and is justa renamed version of their Skeet Wheat, according to WZZM 13.
The tap is even wrapped in bubble wrap, in reference to the “wrap the bridge in bubble wrap” event that went viral earlier this year and Michigan State Police had to step in and threaten to take action.
Well, now you can enjoy the bubble wrapped tap of 100 Street Bridge Wheat at 5 Lakes Brewing and not have to deal with MSP. Well, unless you dumb and don’t drink responsibly, and don’t use a DD or ride-share.
