The former Michigan State University Athletic Dr who sexually assaulted underage and innocent girls throughout his entire career, Larry Nassar may be soon switching facilities after being assaulted, according to court documents filed Tuesday by Nassar's attorney to the Ingham County Circuit Court. Since May, he has just been serving a 40-175 year prison sentence for his unspeakable crimes. There was also an attempted assault on Nassar in court earlier this year as well.

As the Detroit News reports, he's currently being held at the United States Penitentiary in Tucson, Arizona. None of Nassar's family or attorneys have made any comments pertaining the the incident or any injuries that he's sustained in the Prison. The president of the American Federation of Government Employees, Walt Shannon gave a statement how prison fights usually take place:

The inmates watch our staffing levels. If they’re going to do something … it is going to happen when staffing is low.

Nassar's current sentence at Tucson is a 60-year federal sentence for possessing child pornography. 70-80 percent of inmates at the USP in Tucson are sex offenders according to retired  Bureau of Prisons employee Ralph Miller.
