LA Riots & Rodney King – 20 Years Later

Wow, can you believe it's been 20 years since we saw the riots break out in Los Angeles?  Remember seeing Rodney King beaten by the LAPD?  What about Reginald Denny pulled from his truck and beaten (I can't un-see that video of smashing a brick into his head.)

What do you remember from seeing these videos?  I was working at a radio station in Iowa and remember seeing these videos played over and over in our newsroom.

So, how far do you think we've come in 20 years?  I'm not so sure race relations are in any better shape than they were in 1992 and it wouldn't surprise me to see the same kind of pictures again current-day.
