KidSigns is a program of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services for deaf and hard of hearing children.  It is not only a wonderful program for the children, but can be a support group for parents.

Deaf children need peer support, language models and a cultural identity. Families with deaf children benefit from resources that bridge the gap between two worlds, seeing more acceptance and accessibility in school, in the community, and in the home.

With KidSigns, the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services goals are to provide socialization, American Sign Language exposure, role models, self-confidence, fun with education, and handouts for parents to learn American Sign Language with their child at home.
This is where we all come in.  They are always looking for new volunteers, new venues and donations!  Maybe you can help?  Please consider making a donation this holiday season to the KidSigns Program and making a difference in their lives!  Just CLICK HERE for our link to Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services.
