Unsolved cases in Michigan do not disappear with time. They remain in police files, court records, and in the hearts of families still waiting for answers. That is why Crime Stoppers of Flint and Genesee County continues distributing its Unsolved Cold Cases Deck across Michigan jails, prisons, and throughout the community.

What Happened on Lincoln Avenue
ABC 12 reports that on July 3, 2020, officers in Flint responded to the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue for reports of a shooting. Inside a vehicle, police found 29-year-old Ricko Fordham, who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ricko's murder devastated a family. His mother, Lillian Fordham, has now lost multiple loved ones to gun violence, including another son, according to Mid-Michigan Now. Ricko left behind a daughter, siblings, and a family still searching for answers.
A Family Still Searching for Answers
A cash reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 1-800-422-JAIL (5245) or online through Crime Stoppers of Flint and Genesee County. Anonymous tips are still eligible for the reward.
