Back in the early 1950s, the Caseville Amusement Center – in Caseville, Huron County - began life as Chi-Chi's Drive-In. After a while, it was owned by William Kowalski (or Kowaleski) and it was re-named the Caseville Amusement Center.

Located along the road at 6376 Main Street, the center featured mini-golf, pinball, video games, pool tables, and a dining area.

It was operating successfully for a number of years until a fire broke out in 1971, causing over sixty thousand dollars' worth of damage. But the Kowalskis persevered and had the place fixed up and re-opened. It entertained the locals and travelers for another decade-plus until it finally closed for good in 1984.

Now, over forty-plus years later, there is no trace of the Case at 6376 Main Street. It’s just an empty lot with nothing to prove that once upon a time, there was once a place here that made people happy.
