Where You Can Watch Britney Spears’ Crossroads In Michigan

If you're a millennial like me, you may remember when pop star Britney Spears made her big screen debut in the cult classic, Crossroads.

I remember seeing it in theaters and immediately buying the DVD when it dropped later that year. But, if you want to watch the film these days, it's hard to find on steaming or in a physical format.

Exciting news from Sony Music Entertainment and RCA Records: Britney Spears is returning to the big screen with her 2002 movie Crossroads! Get ready to catch it in cinemas worldwide on Oct. 23 and Oct. 25, 2023, for a special global fan event.

While tickets and theaters have not been announced yet,  Tickets for the Crossroads Global Fan Event go on sale Sept. 28, 2023, at 9:00 a.m EDT. Head over to www.crossroadsfanevent.com to snag yours. This special screening will be held in over 875 locations across 24 countries.

I have a strong feeling you'll be able to catch it locally in West Michigan at several Celebration Cinemas locations, so if you're a member make sure you're paying attention to when tickets go on sale. This 2002 film, written by the amazing Shonda Rhimes (you know, the genius behind Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and Bridgerton) and directed by Tamra Davis (the talent behind 13: The Musical, Dead To Me, Billy Madison), boasts an incredible cast including Britney Spears, Anson Mount, Zoë Saldana, Taryn Manning, along with Kim Cattrall and Dan Aykroyd.

But wait, there's more fun in store! Stick around after the film for a bonus sing-along featuring two of Britney Spears' songs from Crossroads. These have never been seen on the big screen before. It's going to be a blast!

And that's not all: Britney's highly anticipated memoir, THE WOMAN IN ME, will be hitting the shelves worldwide between the two days that the movie is showing, on Oct. 24, 2023.
