Ford Worker Who Called Trump “Pedophile Protector” Keeps His Job
You might remember that a few weeks ago, President Donald Trump was in Michigan.

He came to speak at the Detroit Economic Club, where he promoted his administration’s policies aimed at boosting the traditional auto industry, reducing regulations, and shifting focus away from electric vehicle mandates.
I'm not sure how well President Trump was received at the Economic Club, but I'm guessing it was a warmer welcome than what he received during his tour of a Ford factory.
Auto Worker Calls Trump a Pedophile Protector
TJ Sabula, an auto worker at the Ford Rouge Center in Dearborn, made headlines when he yelled "Pedophile Protector" at President Trump while he was touring the facility.
This outburst appeared to anger Trump, who responded with some words of his own, including a one-finger salute directed at the employee.
As a result of his actions, Sabula was suspended, leading many to wonder if he would also face termination.

However, Sabula received good news on Monday.
While speaking at a political conference in Washington, D.C., UAW Vice President Laura Dickerson provided an update on Sabula's status at Ford:
" TJ has got his job, and more importantly, he does not have any disciplinary action on his record."
The crowd began cheering and clapping upon hearing this news.

She further stated that President Trump’s disrespectful response to working people was evident, noting:
"There was a worker at that plant that day who famously told Mr. Trump exactly what he thought of him. Unfortunately, in that moment, we saw what the current president really thinks about working people — he gave us the middle finger."
I've always heard how important unions are for standing up and fighting for their members, and this case is a great example of that.
