Hilarious Video Shows Ground Crew Chasing a Squirrel Across Comerica Park

It's been tough for me as a Detroit Tigers fan to watch them struggle so much this season.

Between injuries and players just not performing, it's been an emotional rollercoaster ride and I want off.

On Monday night the Tigers took on the Baltimore Orioles at Comerica Park.

Unfortunately the Tigers lost 8-5, making it three games in a row.

While the Tigers were not putting on a show on the field someone else certainly did.

Squirrel Leads Detroit Tigers Ground Crew On A Wild Chase

During the bottom of the 6th inning, and heading into the top of the 7th inning, despite not having a ticket to the game a black squirrel made its way onto the field and slowly started to get everyone's attention.

After refusing to leave on his own the game was paused and what seemed like the entire Detroit Tigers ground crew took to the field to catch the trespassing squirrel.

Despite its small size the squirrel was able to evade every attempt to capture it.

Finally after repeated attempts the squirrel was captured by a towel that was tossed on it and safely removed from the ballpark.

The best part about this chase is the amazing commentary done by Detroit Sports Network play by play announcer Jason Benetti.
