Hudsonville Trying For ‘World’s Longest Salad Bar’ Record On July 27

Sometimes less is more, but not in Hudsonville on July 27.

The Hudsonville community is coming together in an attempt to enter the record books with the world's longest salad bar.

The world record attempt will take place at 10:45am followed by salad for all!  The salad is planned to be 680 feet long which would beat the current record by 20 feet.

It's free to enjoy the salad, but you need a ticket. Fox17online.com has more:

Tickets can be picked up at Jensen Jewelers, Gemmen’s, City Hall, Life Family Chiropractic, Hudsonville Grille or DeBoer Goodyke Kahler & Tuttle PC.

There are also a variety of other activities including a teen singing competition, live music, a spelling bee, a bike parade and much more.
