How Far Apart Should You Have Your Children

I was reading through the Moms like Me web page on the WZZM web site and noticed a discussion regarding having children...how far apart should they be.

Is there any right answer to this?  I think not, it personal choice.

My wife and I had our daughters two years apart, except for Molly, the last of the little Rent's, who just appeared, four years after our third.  I don't know how that happened, but it was my pleasure.  At any rate, that seemed okay by me, but I didn't know any better.  We did always have two in diapers for a bit, though.  Ugh!

So, I ask you...how about you?  How far apart?  Is there a too far, or a not far enough answer?
