How Can You Save on Airfare? Looks Like Fly Southwest

Gas prices are through the roof, airline fares are going up due to fuel prices, so what's a person to do if you want to travel? Maybe fly Southwest. But, you don't have much time to make a decision.

I don't know how they're doing it, but Southwest is having an airfare sale through TODAY, and TODAY ONLY!

With air travel returning in full swing, it's exciting to see a little help here. Southwest is offering 40% off select flights from Grand Rapids and Detroit this summer and fall. You read right.....40% OFF! But, there is one hook.

The hook is flights have to be booked by TODAY, June 9, and the discount is only eligible for select flights from Aug. 16 through Nov. 5.

Now, air fares aren't quite as low as pre-pandemic levels, but, hey, 40% off at today's prices is still a huge savings.

Depending on where you want to go, each airport, Ford Airport here, or Detroit Metro, have different destinations available in the sale I found out, so it's best to check each location to see if you're covered.
