Hope College Sends Out ALL CLEAR After Take Shelter Alert

At 12:27 pm Hope College sent out an alert giving students and faculty the all-clear,

November 7, 2019 at 12:27 p.m.

The Shelter in place emergency has ended. Please resume normal activities.

Hope College in Holland sent out a tweet to students advising them to take shelter at 11:47 am this morning because of a "violent crime" presumed to be near campus

WOOD-TV reports that Ottawa Co dispatchers told them they are investigating an incident that involves the Western Theological Seminary. WOOD-TV was unable to get any more info about what was happening.
