Things that go bump in the night can be terrifying enough but when you couple it with scary things in a former funeral home, now you might be talking real scary.

Walking into a funeral home can be a sobering experience. You are paying your respects to the dearly departed. You are showing love and respect to the family.

It certainly can be a sad time, especially when the person lost is a dear friend, and even more so if it's a family member. Tough, for sure.

But what happens when people go home and the lights go out in a funeral home.

Oooooo, who knows.

Wait! So you're telling me that after the dark of night, during the day, when the lights are on, it's calm and funeral services are happening?

Not exactly. Truly, they are open, however, only during Halloween.

Truth be said, the Haunted Funeral Home turns out to be a Halloween attraction and only open from late September through earl November. Well that's a bummer!

If you are really into being scared, I'm not, but you go right ahead, then the Haunted Funeral Home might make a good little trip for you.

Some people have said it was fun, but too short. Others said it was worth the scare because the hallways are narrow and dark and barely lit.

If you want to go this next Halloween, they are in Inkster at 3880 Inkster Rd, Inkster, MI.
