GRCC Millage Fails

Lots of issues up for voting today in West Michigan.

One of the biggest was the GRCC millage request, which appears to have failed.

All of the Kent County precints have reported and it's 57% against and 43% for.  Apparently, a majority of voters in GR approved the measure but it fell outside of the city.
