I can't wait for this one, because I've been a fan of this fictional character for years.  He's non other than Sherlock Holmes, the world’s greatest detective.  He's bringing exciting mystery, intrigue, wit and surprise to the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre stage, running September 6 through September 21, 2013. The show is adapted by Steven Dietz from the original 1899 play Sherlock by author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and William Gillette.

Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure is a thrilling journey through danger, intrigue, and the overwhelming power of deduction, of course

Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure, presents a mysterious figure by the name of Professor Moriarty, who looms over Holmes and his trusted companion, Dr. Watson. With the feisty opera singer Irene Adler in tow, Holmes, Watson, and Adler set out to uncover the layers of mystery surrounding Moriarty. Sherlock may have finally met his intellectual match in this epic adventure which spans past 221 B Baker Street London and into a world set more than 100 years ago.
