What is the Most Popular Christmas Song of All Time?
Here at 100.5 The River we are your Christmas Music Station, and the first radio station to play all Christmas music during the holidays in Grand Rapids. This is our 25th year!
There are so many favorites that it sure is hard to pick THE most popular. We each have our own, but what, here in Grand Rapids and around the country, are the most popular?
There are different surveys for finding the most popular. There are Billboard's top ranked songs, for example.
Interestingly, if you checked Billboard for the highest "charted" song of all time, I think it is a big surprise. Considering their top holiday chart and top 100 chart, their number one Christmas song is Trans-Siberian Orchestra – Christmas Eve/Sarajevo. Go figure.
