Ex-Boyfriend of Missing Wyoming Mother to Be Charged With Open Murder in Connection to the Case
The Wyoming Department of Public Safety released a statement Thursday, saying that they have obtained a warrant to arrest Andrew Hudson for the charge of open murder in relation to the disappearance of Ana Carrillo.
Hudson is Carrillo's ex-boyfriend.
Carrillo was last seen the morning of Sunday, September 3. Her vehicle was located nearby later that day, but she has not been found.
Just over a week after her disappearance, court records showed that police were calling the case a possible homicide and/or kidnapping.
Andrew Hudson and his father, Lyle Hudson, have both been charged with felony perjury in relation to the case.
The Wyoming Department of Public safety now says that evidence that they have collected throughout their investigation and search efforts will show that Andrew Hudson is the person responsible for Carrillo's disappearance and murder.
Hudson is expected to be arraigned Thursday.
Police ask that if you have any information about the case to please contact the Wyoming Department of Public Safety at 616-530-7300 or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345.
