Downtown Pita House Closing

Well, this is sad.  Just saw on WOOD-TV that the Pita House on Monroe Center is closed!

They shut the doors on Friday.  This is the Pita House right across from Rosa Parks Circle.  The owners say their couldn't reach a lease agreement with the group who controls the building.

So, Pita House is on the search for a new downtown location! All of the downtown employees have been offered jobs at the other GR locations.

Based on what the owners of Pita House said, there will be a new tenant in that space.  It's not clear who or what that will be.
