How cool would it be if the police here in Grand Rapids pulled people over for doing something right? Think about it, you make a complete stop at a stop sign, continue when it's your turn, and then see flashing lights behind you. When the officer steps up to your window, he thanks you for being a good driver and hands you $100! What?

That's exactly what happens in this video.
