Maybe Burger King is trying to become the #1 burger chain and they must think this is going to help get them there!

In Washington, D.C. Burger King began a low hype home delivery service of its burgers, fries and other sandwiches at 4 of their restaurants.  If it goes well expansion is part of the plan.

So what does this say for some of the other fast food chains?  Can you see yourself ordering up a Big Mac, Whopper, or something from the Wendy's menu? It's worked for the pizza guys for years?  The fast food delivery service here in Grand Rapids, has been delivering food from local restaurants for years but none of the fast food chains are on their route.  The reason?  Fast food doesn't travel very well does it.
