Where Are The Best Chili Dogs in Grand Rapids?

Hot Dogs! Ahhh, the All-American food. Anyway you like um, hot dogs are the best.

Favorites around the country are the Chicago Dogs, Detroit Dogs, New York Dog, Coney Dogs, Korean Dog, Corn Dogs and probably a dozen more special hot dogs.

But, without all the toppings, I'm thinking a basic Chili Dog.

One could argue some could be considered a chili dog. After all, there is a chili component to some of them.

So, let's look for a Grand Rapids chili dog, and where will I find a great one?

Located on Fulton and Jefferson, downtown Grand Rapids, customers rave about the dogs here on Yelp. Of course they have all kinds of dogs, and everyone considered fabulous.

Yelp reviews say that number two on the list has to be Chicago Beef Joint.

Across from the Garage Bar & Grill on Ottawa, NW, people rave about their all beef hot dogs, along with their hot beef sandwiches. Outstanding!

Number three...it has to be Yesterdog!

On Wealthy in the Eastown neighborhood, Yesterdog has been one of the go-to hot dog joints for decades. The vibe is, well, how do you explain it, eclectic and fun. And the dogs, always on point as Yesterdog fans say.

There are so many other favorites such as Mad Dogz in Comstock Park, Crazy Charlies in East Grand Rapids, Cook's Drive-In in Dutton, 44th Street Dog & Dairy, just East of 131 on 44th street, Leo's Coney and so many more.
