Benefit Jazz Concert Tonight at St. Cecilia

Tonight's the night!  The big benefit Jazz Concert at St. Cecilia.

I had written about this a couple of weeks ago, but wanted to remind Edye Evaneveryone about a wonderful opportunity to hear some fantastic music tonight, February 2 at 8 p.m. at the St. Cecilia Music Center!

I am really looking forward to it as I'll emcee the evening, and I love good jazz.

We'll open the evening with Michigan State University's acapella sensation, Capital Green, followed by the headliners, The Grand Rapids Jazz Orchestra and singer Edye Evans Hyde, who will put the finishing touches on the evening in her fabulous style.

Tickets are $20 general admission, $17.50 for CC parents and college students and $10 for CC students.

The benefit concert is for the Reed Family Music Scholarship, hosted by the Foundation for Catholic Secondary Education and the Catholic Central Music Department.
