Somewhere near Howell in Livingston County lies this old abandoned 'ranch/mansion', as the videographers called it.

At the time these photos and video were taken -2022 - the property was up for sale. The house is covered in vines and growth, with plenty of holes making it difficult for prospective buyers to look over. Looking at the roof, the vines have made their way up past the chimney, on their way to entirely engulfing the entire roof and house. Even the chain fence around the swimming pool is covered in foliage.

Outside there's an old fountain, a kind of kidney-shaped swimming pool with plenty of frogs, garage, pole barn, and a little structure that looks like it may have been a kids' playhouse. All in sad shape.

Inside, it's not as bad as some of the deserted homes we've seen, but still not very suitable for prospective buyers. There's a lot of food still sitting molding and rotting in the refrigerator, broken, boarded-up windows, sink hanging off the wall, leaves in the sink, graffiti, etc.

The property itself would be gorgeous if cleaned up and trimmed; it's near a little body of water but I can't tell if it's a river or pond. Once the weeds 'n stuff are cleared out, this would be a beautiful place.

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CONDITION OF THIS HOUSE NOW?
