A Big Movie Star is Coming to DeVos Performance Hall

What a 'tweasure' and an hilarious of a night it will be in Grand Rapids on November 22nd!

One of my favorite movies, and the star, will be in town to preview the movie and have a conversation with the audience.

Get ready to enjoy a classic, The Princess Bride, and meet the star of the movie, Cary Elwes! Wowzer!

Friday night, November 22 will be super fun to not only see the iconic Princess Bride but have a conversation with Cary.

After the screening, Elwes will do a moderated discussion revealing never before shared secrets and great tales of all the fun making the movie!

I can't wait to go back to the lands of Florin and Guilder in an absolutely hilarious adventure where you get everything from fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, miracles, to true love. What could be better?

The cast in the Rob Reiner film was superb, with Cary Elwes, Robin Wright, Christopher Guest, Andre the Giant, Mandy Patinkin, (prepare to die) Wallace Shawn, Billy Crystal, Chris Sarandon, Carol Kane and so many more.

Now, Elwes, having starred in so many movies,  “Robin Hood: Men in Tights,” “Bram Stoker’s Dracula,” “Saw,” “Twister,” “Liar, Liar,” “Stranger Things” and “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and his latest movie, Guy Ritchie’s “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare,” based on the true story of the first British secret mission during World War II, is hitting the road to share the inconceivable fun of The Princess Bride.
