Do you know anyone that uses an e-reader. My wife goes thru about two paperbacks each week. In order to increase my "what a guy" status, I'm considering buying her an e-reader.

E-book sales finally hit a major milestone by outstripping paperback sales in February. CNN says the publishing industry logged more than 90-million dollars in e-book sales that month. That's up more than 200-percent from February 2010. It's also the first time e-books have completely outsold the dead-tree versions. A spokesman for the Association of American Publishers says the numbers are reported by publishing houses and not booksellers, so they're not complete. Even so, he said it's a "snapshot" of the market as e-readers like Amazon's Kindle or Barnes & Noble's Nook transform the industry. B&N executive Marc Parrish predicted earlier this month that bookstores have only about two years to adjust to a market centered around e-books.
