    “An infinite interplay of lights and colorful reflection…” Check out this new interactive light installation called "Prismatica" at the 2020 World of Winter Festival! Prismatica is a collection of light prisms brought by Creos that have toured the world, adding energy and creativity to urban business districts. The interactive installation includes 25 pivoting prisms, creating a modern ice palace that transmits and reflects color and light. As the prisms rotate, a soundtrack of bells plays in the background.

    The Comedy Project is a comedy (and cocktails, coming soon) theater in Grand Rapids’ vibrant Westside Business District! They feature improv, sketch and comedy variety shows, a comedy training center and private event hosting. From 5-7 pm it will be the Grand Opening Event featuring free appetizers and drink specials, at 6 pm there will be a Ribbon cutting ceremony on stage, followed at 8 pm by Greatest Bits (buy tickets separately).

    Rob Little's outlook on life can be summed-up in two words: Pure Optimism. While working in a lucrative position as a computer programmer for IBM, he decided to take a huge risk. The Detroit-born comic sent out an all-company e-mail that read "If you aren't happy here, quit your job and follow your dream." IBM promptly gave him his walking papers, but getting fired was a blessing for Rob and comedy lovers nationwide. A sketch comedy player on the Fox Sports Net Show, "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" and "Last Call with Carson Daly," Little uses his training from the world famous Second City Comedy Club to create routines that are inventive, funny, spontaneous, and completely unique.

    This Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday. Super Bowl 54 takes place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL. It will the the San Francisco 49ers vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. Many people will be having watch parties. Many bars, sports bars and restaurants also will be having special events. If you want to be there in person, it looks like the cheapest tickets for Super Bowl at Hard Rock Stadium are going for $4,700 per ticket!
