TRAFFIC ALERT: NB 196 Shut Down At North Shore Drive

Getting word that northbound I-196 is shut down in Allegan County just north of South Haven at North Shore Drive.

Word is that two semi trucks hit head-on at mile marker 25; a southbound truck crossed the median and hit a northbound truck.

If you're traveling NB196, take the Pullman exit (26) and turn left toward the lakeshore, go north on Blue Star Highway to 109th Street and you can return to the interstate.
