The Mitten State is getting recognized as one of the premier spots for wine in the country!

Not only is a Michigan location in the running for "Top Wine Region in the U.S." in a USA Today poll, but three resorts in the state are competing for top winery hotel in the country!

In fact, the three hotels actually nabbed the three top spots on the list last summer.

Chateau Chantal in Traverse City, Hotel Walloon in Walloon Lake, and the Inn at Blackstar Farms in Suttons Bay are all once again competing for "Best Winery Hotel in America".

Twenty hotels that "provide a perfect place to relax over a glass of wine after a day of touring and tasting in wine regions around the country," have been nominated by a panel of experts. And now it's up to us to vote!
