Taylor Swift Surprises 6-Year-Old Cancer Patient With A Sing-Along [Video]

Say what you will about Taylor Swift, but it's pretty apparent that she truly cares about her fans. This was proven again this past weekend when she stopped by Boston Children's Hospital to surprise a 6-year-old fan of hers who was about to undergo another round of chemotherapy to fight Leukemia.

The Daily Dot reports that Taylor visited 6-year-old Jordan Lee Nickerson right before he started a round of chemotherapy. Jordan has spent a large portion of his childhood in and out of hospitals. He suffers from a genetic disorder that required surgery when he was a baby, and is now being treated for Leukemia.

When Swift offered to play a song for Jordan, he told her to pick her favorite. After thinking about it for a little bit, she chose a song and she and her tiny fan sang and danced together.
