In ABC's “Disney Parks Frozen Christmas Celebration,” celebrities share their holiday wishes and discuss what it means to be a part of what is now a 31-year-old Disney holiday tradition. Billboard last week launched the Artist 100 chart, measuring artists' activity across Billboard charts. The weekly Artist 100 chart, which premiered July 10 with Trey Songz as No. 1, blends information from album sales, track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media, acco
