June 13, 2012 This is one art fair you do not want to miss. It's the perfect setting just off of Reeds Lake, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. You'll find something for all prices plus you always get a nice variety of art. There are wood works, pottery, oil paintings, watercolors, textiles, jewelry and everything else in between. Another perk is you'll have the opportunity to meet the artists and talk to them about the pieces you purchase.

March 23, 2012 It's only March, but planning for ArtPrize 2012 is well under way.
ArtPrize opens September 19th and runs through October 7th. The community "art spectacular" will award a grand total of $560,000 in prizes this year.
As in the past, the public gets to vote through social media separately, and will select 10 works by artists including the top $200,000 first prize, $75,000 second prize, and $50,000 third prize.

Being an artist, he soon realized he had to come to this "Grand Rapids place!" So, never being in America before, his travel agent booked him a flight, he arrived in New York City, he rented a car with GPS, programmed in Grand Rapids, Michigan and arrived here close to 3 weeks ago

September 28, 2011 This ArtPrize entry had a lot of buzz around it. The video does not do it justice. You HAVE TO see it in person, because feeling the experience is actually part of the whole thing.
