Spectrum Health Plans NE GR Pavilion

Just read that Spectrum Health is planning a new development on the northeast side near the Beltline and 3 Mile.

The original plans for that land called for a shopping complex called "Orchard Hills," which would've been an upscale shopping area, but it never got past the proposal stage.  So now, Spectrum will build a medical pavilion and labs and recruit other businesses in the health field.

This development will be similar to their South Pavilion out at M6 and 68th.

Grand Rapids Township will have to rezone the land before they can break ground.
