It's never a good thing when chocolate is being recalled.  I mean, it's chocolate!  Who wants to give it up?  Alas, there is another recall to tell you about.

It's for Fannie May spring wrapped assorted chocolates in the 14 ounce box.  The recall is because one piece of candy in the box contains peanuts and the food ingredient label doesn't say the product may contain peanuts.  Anyone who has a peanut allergy or sensitivity to peanuts runs the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Here's what to look for:

Fannie May Chocolates in a 14 oz. rectangular gift box that measures 9.5" x 7” and contains 24 pieces of assorted chocolates including one caramel/peanut candy. It comes in a rectangular light purple box with an orange-striped band; the center of the orange-striped band is a picture of five chocolate pieces with “Fannie May Assorted Chocolates.”

Look for a UPC number 0 52745 72804 6 and "lot" of 14058 or 14059.
