Fall is the time for Chrysanthemum!

Adopt Chrysanthemum from Crash's Landing!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Chrysanthemum.

Chrysanthemum was fittingly born in spring. It was 2015.

When Chrysanthemum arrived at Crash's Landing she had a major wound on her face from being bitten. The wound affected her jaw, the inside of her mouth and underneath her tongue as well.

Crash's Landing treated her, but Chrysanthemum wasn't too pleased. After her spay and wound treatment, coupled with heavy-duty antibiotics and narcotics, she was not happy and took some time to recover physically and to work past her aggressive behavior.

Chrysanthemum is doing better today, both physically and emotionally. She would benefit from continued patience and understanding.

Can you provide a good home for Chrysanthemum?
