If your dream mashup involves video footage of famed Muppet Gonzo combined with the Digital Underground classic "Humpty Dance," you're in for a real treat. Also, that's a bizarre combination that we never thought we would see come to life, so congratulations for thinking so far outside the sphere of normalcy. But normal is boring, right? Right.

YouTuber isthishowyougoviral decided to pair Gonzo up with the famous track, creating a video that would be a pretty convincing cover if Muppets were real. And also if it weren't the actual track and vocals from the original song. But who cares? This video proves that there is no more fitting a combination than that of a muppet with a hip-hop song from yesteryear. Some of your favorite muppets (in addition to the star of the video, Gonzo) make cameos, with Rowlf the dog popping up as well as Miss Piggy -- which should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with any story arc of the Muppets. Miss Piggy was desperate for fame then and will be desperate for fame forevermore. Poor Kermit.

The lead singer of Digital Underground, rapper Shock G, is known for wearing one of those glasses-and-nose disguises -- reminiscent of Gonzo's Muppet face -- so it's all very fitting. And we'll admit it, seeing Gonzo rap lines like "I drink up all the Hennessey ya got on ya shelf / So just let me introduce myself / My name is Humpty, pronounced with a Umpty / Yo ladies, oh how I like to hump thee," destroys part of our childhood. If you watch the video above, it can destroy yours, too.
