Kids' Food Basket fights childhood hunger in West Michigan.

This Friday, thousands of people across West Michigan will join Kids' Food Basket and wear orange to raise awareness of the importance of the fight against childhood hunger.

Kids' Food Basket has been fighting childhood hunger in West Michigan for 10 years.

In the beginning, they provided evening meals to 150 children in West Michigan.  Today, they provide meals to 5,000 children at 30 schools.

One in four West Michigan children is hungry.  On Friday, March 22, thousands will wear orange to raise awareness of the importance of the continued fight against childhood hunger in West Michigan.
