Join 100.5 The River's Andy Rent for the Make A Wish Foundation's Walk For Wishes, Saturday, October 6th from 8a.m. until 12p.m. at Frederik Meijer Gardens!
The Walk for Wishes is a non competitive 5K walk through the wonderful Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, located in Grand Rapids, to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan. Walkers will enjoy a family-friendly day, refreshments and the joy of helping grant a child's wish. Participants are asked to set a fundraising goal and obtain donations from friends, family and co-workers. All funds raised will go towards the granting of wishes to local Michigan children.
