All hail Queen Britney! The pop icon looks drop-dead gorgeous on the January/February 2015 cover of Women's Health magazine, flaunting her toned and tanned abs in nothing but a skimpy melon-colored bikini and open blazer.

While we'd probably give an arm and a leg to emulate Britney's killer body to begin with, the 'Piece of Me' singer reminds us that not only is she a pop culture icon with an insane figure, she's also the mother of two kids. Yes, what we're looking at here is Brit's this-is-me-two-kids-later body. And she worked for it!

"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she revealed to the mag about her younger son, who is now eight, if you can believe it. (Her older son, Sean Preston, is nine.) "But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."

Lucky for us, Britney gives fans a first-hand look at her workout routine in the mag's latest issue, including a 14-day exercise regimen that the pop star herself completed.

Still, maintaining good health isn't just about obtaining enviable abs. Britney revealed that meditation is super important for her -- even if it does make her a little sleepy.

"I meditate. But I fall asleep," she explained. "I'm either going wild in my head or I'm asleep."
