A Saginaw native, Girard formerly did mornings in San Diego; was morning host on WSNX, Sunny 104, from 1988 to 1994; and spent 18 years in mornings at Mix 106.5 in Baltimore. Most recently, he was program director in Columbia, Md., for Howard Community College’s online radio station The Dragon. He is a Central Michigan University graduate.
