ArtPrize 2014: Joe Simon’s Mechanical Pony Ride’ at UICA [Video]

UICA has a very good collection at ArtPrize 2014.

You'll find controversial pieces, interactive pieces, even live bees.

One hands-on entry that's a lot of fun for kids (and adults) is Joe Simon's "Pony Ride".

"Pony Ride" is a mechanical horse which is about four feet tall. Anyone can operate a lever which controls when the pony stops and goes.

The horse is made of tools from Michigan Industrial Tool which make up most of the body.

"Pony Ride" is just one of a handful of entries that make UICA a must-see venue at ArtPrize 2014.
