Visit Crash's Landing and watch Remington steal your heart.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Remington.

Remington joined Crash's Landing two months ago. He was found in Grand Rapids. He had a microchip, but his owner had abandoned him. That's where Crash's Landing came in.

Remington was brought to Crash's Landing. He tested positive for FELV and he wanted nothing to do with anyone. Remington was underweight and his teeth were rotting. It's no wonder he had a bad attitude.

Days later he began to calm down, but still gets agitated when in an uncomfortable situation. Remington is slowly learning to trust, but needs more time and patience.

Can you help Remington?
