Crumbs was found just after Valentine's Day. He's still waiting for someone to be his Valentine. Please visit Crash's Landing to meet this sweetheart!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Crumbs.

Crumbs was found in a Wyoming neighborhood just after Valentine's Day this year.

Crumbs was dirty, skinny and had a bite wound on his tail. Crash's Landing was called and they responded quickly by treating him for tapeworms, tending to his would, getting him neutered, tested, vaccinated and all cleaned up. A second testing revealed that Crumbs is FIV positive, so he stays among the cats at Big Sid's Sanctuary at Crash's Landing.

Crumbs immediately became a favorite of the volunteers at Crash's Landing. He gets along well with everyone, although he tends to hang back a bit if it gets too hectic. He loves people and other cats.

Come to Crash's Landing to meet Crumbs!
