Some cats are very demanding. Carlton is one of those cats, but he only demands one thing.

Carlton demands you rub his belly! It's his favorite thing!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Carlton.

Carlton came to Crash's Landing on December 16th, 2015, after he was found wounded and wandering in northeast Grand Rapids.

Carlton weighed in at 15 pounds when he first came into Crash's Landing. He had fleas, some mild dental tartar and a wound on his tail. Crash's Landing immediately treated him and today he is doing well. Carlton was born in late 2010 and is FIV positive.

Now, all Carlton needs is a permanent home.

Please adopt Carlton!
