Crash's Landing's cats come in all shapes, sizes and personalities. We can't wait for you to meet big, boisterous Anthony Battailia at Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Anthony Battailia.

Anthony Battailia arrived at Crash's Landing in February of 2016 after they received a call from the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan. They had a handsome, friendly cat with a nasty, rotting, frostbitten tail.

That wasn't the end of Anthony's health problems. He was anemic and FIV+. He also had ear mites, an infection that ruptured his ear drums, and lung worms.

Crash's Landing saved him from euthanasia and gave him the surgery and treatments he desperately needed.

Anthony knows what he wants and he'll let you know. He is a sweet cat who likes to have things his way. Come to Crash's Landing and meet Anthony, today.
