Fall has arrived and the leaves are changing. There's never been a more perfect time to add a little beauty to your life.

Meet Abby from Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is "Purrrfect Friday," where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home. This week, we're spotlighting Abby.

Abby was born in summer of 2008. She first came to Crash's Landing in October of 2009.

Abby and her sister were found abandoned in an empty home. It didn't take long before Abby was adopted. She did very well at her new home until just recently.

Abby's owners welcomed their first child, soon after, Abby began developing urinary problems (Feline Idiopathic Cystitis). The condition is made worst by stress which was what Abby began to experience once the baby arrived.

Abby's owners thought it was best for all if she return to Crash's Landing.

Abby's condition is a chronic one, so she will require some special attention, but she is still very adoptable.

Can you adopt Abby?
