Shopping for a new home?

John Legend and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, are selling their Los Angeles residence for $1.995 million.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the home includes three bedrooms, including one that was converted into a studio, where Legend wrote and recorded songs for his "Love in the Future" album.

The nine-time Grammy Award winner feels the 2,000-square-foot home in Hollywood Hills, Calif., is too small, and they're looking for more space.

“We’re ready to expand a little bit," Legend told The Wall Street Journal. “If we could have the twice-as-big version of this place, we would get it. We love the feel of this home.”

He personalized the home by inscribing lyrics from his songs on a light fixture. The living room includes a grand piano which Legend occasionally plays for special guests.

The home, which sits on a quarter acre, was built in the 1960s. The couple purchased it as a second home in 2007.

The property is listed with Steven Moritz, of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The primary residence for Legend, who's 35 years old, and Teigen, 28, is in New York.
