Aurora Borealis twinkled its lights over Michigan again late last night and early this morning. Here are some of the more stunning shots.

Let's start with this stunning shot taken over the Mighty Mac by Dustin Dilworth of D3 Imagery, courtesy of the Detroit Free Press.

Next is this beautiful photo taken at sunset last night from Marquette's Presque Isle Park and posted to Instagram by Bucky Calloway.

And last up is this Tweet from Isaac Diener of the Northern Lights high above the Keweenaw Peninsula in Hancock.

Unfortunately, I didn't see any this morning on my way in to work this morning in Grand Rapids, but I live in the city and was dealing with too much light pollution.

Have you ever seen the Northern Lights. I have on a couple of occasions, both occurred when I Iived up north in Gaylord. They were stunning and unexpected each time.
