Politics Never Changes and Neither do Politicians

Many of our hero's of WWII have been flying to Washington D.C. for visits to the WWII Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, and other points of interest. I had the honor of Emceeing an event several weeks ago here in Grand Rapids just before several of our WWII Veterans boarded flights to DC. I'll have to admit, I sure didn't see anything like this happen.

Yesterday's East Coast earthquake sure was a "shocker!"  Seriously, in an area not prone to earthquakes, it really "shook" everybody up. Okay, I'll stop with the gags.  But, the Virginia quake was a serious event and did register 5.9 on the scale.  Interestingly, we even felt it here, hundreds of miles away.
