A taco restaurant in Grand Rapids' Midtown neighborhood opened its doors on Cinco de Mayo to a lot of excitement - more excitement, it sounds, than the new eatery was prepared to handle.

Staffing issues continues to be the theme for many businesses.

The restaurant was evacuated after a grill caught fire in the kitchen.

They're currently testing employees and doing contact tracing, as well as deep cleaning the facility while closed.
